Pt_tns_entry[XXXX_win]: Invalid <host name>

Hello All,

I had faced a similar issue like Parameter <db_host > failed on Pt_tns_entry[XXXX_win]: Invalid <host name> at /etc/puppet/modules/pt_setup/manifests/tns_admin.pp:41 (Doc ID 2243452.1), but the resolution suggested to disable the IPv6 address in /etc/hosts, I do not have IPv6 address in host file.

My host file contents:

127.0.0.1   localhost localhost.localdomain localhost4 localhost4.localdomain4 hcm92demo

::1         localhost localhost.localdomain localhost6 localhost6.localdomain6
