Does message aggregation work on RIB message inbound to RMS

In the RIB ops guide, it mentions message aggregation on publishing messages such as XItem and in the past we have used this successfully to improve performance.

But it doesnt state if this works for messages coming into RMS.

In the cases where we used message aggregation on publishing, the project also designed and wrote the receiving end of the integration so can deal with the aggregated messages.

But for RMS subscriptions, the project writes the sending code but the receiver is vanilla RIB code.

So is this written to be able to receive aggregated messages ?

E.g. for ASNs or Purchase Orders being passed in, can you have a batched up set of messages sent into RIB
