The manifest file is not applied after the next record is selected in a List Applet

Hello!

We have made an upgrade of our Siebel application to the version 18.6. The custom created manifest files were migrated automatically as well. The PR manifest file contains a script for masking with **** a certain field value on the list applet. When we open the certain list applet we can see that all values that should be masked contains ****, but when we put the cursor inside the masked field and then step-off or select another record the mask disappears. The mask is back after the view is refreshed (by using F5).

What could be the reason for this behavior? Why the mask is not applied when the next record is created after we moved cursor from the masked field?
