one way audio when transferring call

Hi

My setup is SP<<-->>SBC<<-->> CUCM  <<->>> UCCX

There is a problem when calling from outside to the CUCM and the call gets transferred to UCCX there is no audio either way, it only works if the CUCM enginer sets MTP on the SIP Trunk

is there a way to get this to work without MTP on the CUCM?
