Unable to find the script JA_THRSHD_TAX_CATG_UPG.sql as mentioned in the DOC 2305996.1 for TDS thres

For TDS threshold where slabs, OU, tax category details not appearing we are supposed to run the script JA_THRSHD_TAX_CATG_UPG.sql as per the DOC 2305996.1, but we are unable to find the script in any patch or anywhere. Can someone please help with this?
