Upload data to update value(s)

Dear All

We are using PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 with zero image update. The problem we are facing is that in the chartfield of budget reference refer below screenshot highlighted and marked as well (the long description field). We use this field for giving a detailed description to the budget, now the problem/issue is at the time of the creation of a new budget code the information of what to enter in the long description field isn't readily available (as it's available later) so it's a major job to go and update each budget reference code later for the long description field.
