in Siebel System Admin, Install and Upgrade (MOSC) Question

When using the simulator to call the GetFile method of the object of attachment, the file will be transcoded by this method and then copied to the server directory. At this time, the copied file is damaged, so I judge that the damage of the image file is caused during the execution of the method, but I am not sure, and I have not found any way to test it. I hope everyone can help me solve this problem that bothers me.
