Custom Query for Dunning Letter Template

Greetings,

Our Receivables department is looking into using dunning plans to send out dunning notifications. The current process is to email a Word document and send the document to the client.

I am able to add the Word document as an  RTF XML template and associate it with the Collections XML Data Source.

We would like to use the Account Dunning Soft Letter 1 template query; however, we would like to customize some of the fields. For example, instead of using the Resource Full Name for the collector's name, we would like to use the Resource First Name with a space and the Resource Last Name.
