Integration IDM 12C

Below is our requirement

we are planning to implement this requirement using IDM 12c suite .

How we can able to  achieve using OAM 12C and which directory services will adapt for us .

Also give me the high level steps to achieve this .

We have Web center portal used by both internal employee and external customer .

1.External User should able to login with IDP provider which has saml 2 supported authentication as well

2.External User also can create account in the portal and should be stored in the seprate directory (Say Apache Directory service)

3.Internal Employee should use the active directory for this login with WNA .
