Siebel Tools IP 18.12 slow response for Applet

Hi All,

We have Siebel Tools IP 18.12. After log in, when I click on Project or Repository, it shows me the records immediately. But when I click on Applet, it takes huge time to show the applets. It also takes huge time to show the controls and every other details of Applet. It may be the case for BC also, but I am not sure.

Please help me to debug this issue.
