assigning automatic tasks created through callback functionality to the collectors on customer accou
Hi ,
We are configuring dunning plans with call back option, but the automatic call back tasks created are assigned to a single collector that is defined on the profile option "IEX: Strategy Assignment Default Resource".
With regards to automatic tasks created as part of call back functionality, can these call back tasks be assigned to the respective collector assigned on the customer account/site rather than assigning to a single collector ?
