OIM 12c: Identity Certification

Hi Experts,

Please help.

I have OIM 12.2.1.3.0

Can you please clarify a quick query?

What happens if a Manager does not action a certification task.

For example, if a User certification task is assigned to a manager for his team, and he does not action it at all, what happens to user's access?

My requirement is that users access should be disabled if certification task is not actioned in 30 days.

Please guide
