In Peopletools 8.57, The Images on the tiles are working only for VP1

Hi

We are on Peopletools 8.57, FSCM PUM 31.

We are facing a weird issues.

The Homepages tiles are showing properly for the user VP1.

But when we add one of the tiles (Ex:- billing workcenter) to the other users, the image is not working..

We have checked Doc ID: 2185808.1 . That solution seems to be working..

But how is it working for VP1, without selecting any Fluid Attribute.
