PeopleSoft encryption - for Weblogic PIA-silent mode(Reponse file) and psft_customizations.yaml

We are on the process of upgrading our people tools into 8.56 and we are using DPK for Windows 2016 OS.
I have couple of questions about encryptions
1.Is there any way to encrypt the passwords that we use for resp_file (response file) to install weblogic PIA in silent Mode. 
2.Is there anyway to encrypt the password for psft_customizations.yaml file, we have multiple domains and they all use different passwords, we know unix/linux  or peopletools 8.57 have an option to encrypt the password like below, but in PT8.56 the passwords are different looks like it is not correct, any help?.
