How to transfer the open notification automatically when set delegation rule?

Dear all,

Could you let know whether the following expectation is possible or not?

Transfer the open notification automatically when set delegation rule

The future notification works well after set the delegation rule ,but the existed open notification is not transferred before set the delegation rule.

----------

If it it possible,please let me know the detail setup steps or relative Note/Patch #.
