SQR process with DML are getting an intermittent error due to below error.

Oracle TAF: Failover Initiated

Oracle TAF Failover Ended

User Informational Message after TAF failover for SQR

  1. i.If SQR Report goes to success, SQR Report output got created successfully after the TAF failover.
  2. ii.If SQR Report is 'Read Only' enabled and does not run to Success, there is chance that SQR program might have DML statements, please rerun the SQR Report.

(SQR 5528) ORACLE OCITransCommit error 25405 in cursor 0:

   ORA-25405: transaction status unknown

Error on line 86:

   (SQR 1809) Database commit failed.
