How to check the deployment status of a custom workflow from backend

I am looking for a table that holds the information of the workflow, its last updated time to check from Backend to confirm the changes have been deployed correctly.

I am using WFLOAD to upload the file to the database. The workflow I am working on is not present in ad_files (Referencing Steps to Check Who Last Updated a Workflow Definition File (*.wft), and Determine the Timestamp of When It Was Last Updated (Doc ID 2129019.1))

Any help on this is highly appreciated
