Form Personalization for Custom Lookup

Hi All,

I am working on a Form Personalization to make the form un-editable (Query Only mode). The one approach is to use the list of responsibilities and other approach is to use the list of responsibilities using custom lookup. I am trying to execute below sequence of operation and need some advice on its feasibility:

a) Custom lookup having list of Responsibilities.

b) Write a function to identify whether the Responsibility user has logged in, is available in the custom lookup or not.

c) If yes, the form should be opened in Query-Only mode.
