ORA-20002: 3240: Error '-29288 - ORA-29288: invalid file name ' in 'PLSQLCLOB' API 'xx_ozf_approval_

12.1.3 - Error at Workflow Notification.

I have made some changes in the Custom Workflow Notification through Workflow Builder for adding the attachment feature in WF Notification. Then the Mid-Tier and the Workflow Engine is Bounced . Then we processed one Claim and we tried to see the attachment in the Workflow Notification. But we received the error at that moment:

" ORA-20002: 3240: Error '-29288 - ORA-29288: invalid file name ' in 'PLSQLCLOB' API 'xx_ozf_approval_wf_pkg.NOTIFY_APPROVAL_REQUIRED_prc' ORA-06512: at "APPS.WF_NOTIFICATION", line 5512 ORA-06512: at line 6 "

Please advise to get rid of that error and to see the attachment. Thank You!..
