What is the best practice to Integrate OIM-11gr2ps3 with RMB application.

I have seen some whitepapers Doc ID: 1375600.1 but it is not providing clear information about how to integration, mostly no information about reconcuiliation.

Can we user Webserices connector to integrate. Please anyone guide me on this. If anybody implemented before please help me.
