What server and database server versions are supported w/ 9.1 applications?

The certification site doesn't seem to answer this question.

We're using

PeopleTools 8.53

PeopleSoft Finance/SCM 9.1

PeopleSoft Human Resources 9.1

We're trying to figure out which versions of

Windows Server

Microsoft SQL Server

are supported by the above?

Is it just determined by PeopleTools? Or is there something that says that PeopleTools Finance/SCM only works w/ 9.1
