Siebel Records reappear even after getting deleted (based on a new Table)

Dears,

We came across a strange issue, We created a new siebel view based on new table. We have just apply/activate for table. Insert and update operations are working fine. But, When we try to delete the records, they are not getting deleted in db and after requery, records are appeared.

This issue is resolved post compiling Table to srf.

Like many who faced this I'm interested to know, if Table compilation is always required or any specific cases, cause for the above issue.
