Oracle Workflow Mailer

Dear Friends and Experts,

I have a scenario. My Environment is below.

Oracle Database:               Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.1.0.7.0 - 64bit Production

Oracle E-Business Suite:   R12.1

Our workflow mailer is running normally. Now we want to shift our email server to Office 365. and office 365 doesn't support apps 12.1.

I don't want to apply any patch or upgrades to next version. What options are available to let my workflow work normal?
