Unable to save the Inter Org Transfer form

Dear Experts,

We are in the process of applying GST taxes to the Inter Org Transfers.

Following process replicated in the instance, facing the issues.

1. Oracle Financials for India->Transactions->Inter Organization Transaction

Entered the from(A) Organization and to organization(B) and transaction lines, but while saving the form am facing the following error

APP-JA-460204: Cannot read value for profile option FND_INDICATOR_COLORS in routine & ROUTINE

i have checked all the tax types are associated with the accounts too for these two organizations, but still am facing the issues

i have checked in metalink referring to tax types, but i will those setups in my instance.. any other links pls
