Is the Weblogic 12.2.1.2 used by PT8.56 affected by CVE-2019–2729?

Looking to see if the deserialization components installed in this version of WL 12.2.1.2. If they are, can they be removed, commented? Oracle Supports Security Advisory directs to upgrade to 12.2.1.3, but if this components are not present for PeopleTools purposes, then we are more flexible to patch it.
