Installing hcm_app_home on a different tools patch level....

Got an environment that is on 8.57.04.

Downloaded HCM PI30, and need to install it in the same environment. When running DPK, it errors out that HCM PI30 (create by Oracle on 8.57.05) can't be installed on top of 8.57.04 tools. Obviously, the versions of tools patch DO NOT match.

This is a new dependency, that has not been seen in prior installs of HCM 9.2 on 8.56, 8.55.

What is the workaround for this error? Is Oracle now forcing admins to upgrade PeopleTools 8.57 environments to be on the SAME tools patch level, that PI30, PI31, PI32 and any future HCM PI come out?

In other words, say we have 8.57.04 environments with HCM PI29, and we want to apply PI30, or PI31, or PI32, to our HCM 9.2 application and NOT touch/upgrade PeopleTools at this time.
