upgrade of Oracle Linux for OCOM 4.1 patch 5

I have installed Oracle EOM from 4.0 ISO image, which comes with Oracle Linux 7.4 preinstalled.

I can update the OCOM to 4.1.0 by simply uploading the rpm file on OCOM setup website.

However, when I try to update it to 4.1 patch 5 I get notification that some dependencies are missing.

Noting that for security reasons OCOM server does not have access to internet and oracle yum repositories, which files do I need to provide locally in order to update the Oracle Linux to level OCOM 4.1 patch 5 is supported?

Error: Package: ocsm-4.1.0.5.0-279.x86_64 (/ocsm-update)

Requires: freetype >= 2.8-12

Installed: freetype-2.4.11-15.el7.x86_64 (@ol7_latest/$releasever)
