How to add a Contextual Reports in Allocation Maintenance?

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

I'm new in ADF Framework. I want to add a custom report using Contextual Reports to show results on Allocation Maintenance. I read Allocation Operation Guide but I really don't know how to implement them.
