How is the po_induct_qtab table populated when user uploads a template from the 'upload orders from

Hi,

When i upload a purchase order template from 'upload orders from file' screen in RMS V16.0.1 application i can see that po_induct_qtab table is populated. I am trying to understand how does this table get populated whenever user uploads a file from the screen?
