Adding breadcrumbs to the Navigator and alphabetically sorting the menu

Happy Independence Day.

I've just deployed a solution I got from Colton Fischer to add breadcrumbs to the Navigator and I have to say, my customers are VERY PLEASED!

I believe some of the credit goes to Sasank Vemana as well so I'll throw that out there as well
