Workflow Role active for terminated user

Hi community,

We have some users that were terminated(fnd_user) and we just noticed that they still having their wf roles active on wf_user_roles. We are getting some errors when this wf role is triggered as user email is already invalid.

Should this be synch automatically when user is end dated? Is there any process we can execute manually to synch this?

we are on 12.1.3, checking few others doc ids and in the community I could see program 'Synchronize WF Local Tables' is obsolete, also the recommended patches 2254357 and 8992873 are applied on our environment.

Could you please give me some light on this?
