Grant entitlement process task cannot be triggered for disconnected applications created from self s

Hello,

In the OIG 12c environment we cannot provision entitlements for disconnected applications that have been created from Identity self service through Application onboarding functionality.

The Grant UD_XXX entitlement process task is never triggered. After searching on the issue, we have found that the cause is that the Responses defined for this process task are created using capital letters, e.g COMPLETED, SUSPENDED, etc, instead of Completed, Suspended, etc.

If we manually change the response values using the Design Console, then the entitlement provisioning process can run normally.

Has anyone faced this issue? Is there any patch to fix this?
