TDS Section Code/Category Overridden box (Dafault setting is possible ????)

Hi All,

My question is regarding TDS set up for India. Below mentioned three fields are required to be entered manually or by default procedure.

1. Section Code

2. Tax Category

3. Overridden box (Dafault setting is possible ????)

My question is if tax has to be calculated based on category why overridden box has to be checked on.

Also, if there is any method to make this check box overridden default.
