Wrong Strategy assigned

Hi Experts,

Could you please assist me on below issue.

We are currently implementing advanced collections for Italy country and we have done all required setups and is working as expected. Our scoring and strategy level is Bill-To.

But for some customers, I see wrong scoring got calculated by Singapore scoring engine (Singapore is our another entity) instead of Italy scoring engine and strategy is also assigned incorrectly.

I am not getting why it is happening for some customers? When I ran scoring engine, the parameters are given as below.

2.Engine Parameter- Italy scoring engine
