Wrong Strategy assigned

Hi Experts,

Could you please assist me on below issue.

We are currently implementing advanced collections for Italy country and we have done all required setups and is working as expected. Out scoring and strategy level is Bill-To.

But for some customers, I see wrong scoring got calculated by Singapore scoring engine (Singapore is our another entity)  and strategy is also assigned incorrectly.

I am not getting why it is happening for some customers? When I ran scoring engine, the parameters are given as below.

1Engine Parameter-Delinquencey determination

2.Engine Prameter- Italy scoring engine
