How long does your IP18 Dedicated (Thick) Client Opens up?

How long does your IP18 Dedicated (Thick) Client Opens up?

Our version is IP18 patchset 12 on Oracle 12c database.

It takes about 10 minutes for my dedicated client to open on Google Chrome.  I have already added this in the CFG:

[InfraDatabase]

SQLTraceThreshold = -1

I want to know if this is the new "normal" for IP18.  Some of my colleagues are taking even a longer time.

Please share with me your experience. 

(P.S. this question is only for IP17 and above where the Workspace concept was introduced).
