Change Oracle logo in 8.57

How do we change the oracle logo to company logo in 8.57.

I reviewed this (Doc ID 2316597.1) and the logo doesn't change

I already updated the image for PT_ORACLELOGO_CSS, PTNUI_ORACLE_LOGO, and PTNUI_ORACLE_LOGO_SFF to custom image, bounced app, web server, cleared cache on servers and browsers. However the oracle logo still appears
