Employee Self Service missing on the Tile content tab in demo

Hello,

We are unable to find the Employee Self Service group on the People Tools > Portal > Structure and Content > Fluid Structure Content > Fluid Homepages >  Employee Self Service folder - Tile content tab in demo.

But we are able to see it in our environments.Is this driven by any security?
