Windows Server 2019 and ODAC

We are starting to build out Microsoft Server 2019 servers.  I am looking to see what version of ODAC is supported on these new servers.  I looked at the certifications tab on Oracle Support and found insta client and Oracle client certifications but not ODAC.  I created a certification SR with Oracle and I was informed that ODAC is a supported by the community. It was suggested I create a new discussion if I did not find anything on MOSC.

I did a search on MOSC and did not find anything regarding Windows Server 2019 and ODAC.
