HTS details are not populating for items in Order HTS maintenance Screen. Users are manually enterin

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

What we found was in HTS tables, there are two records for the same HTS but with different effect_from and effect_to date.

Ex:

HTS1 US  22-AUG-16 15-OCT-18

HTS1 US  16-OCT-18  31-DEC-39

In this case, ideally the ord hts maintenance screen should pick the HTS1 code that has effective from and to date as 16-OCT-18  31-DEC-39.

But the issue is none of the hts codes are displaying in the ord hts maintenance screen.

Is anyone facing the same issue? Any insight on what's happening here.
