Unable to checkout in Siebel Tools. Errors are thrown when clicking on checkout

The following 6 errors are thrown in the sequence shown when I try to open the checkout window"

S0002 (208): [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Invalid object name 'dbo.S_REPOSITORY'.

37000 (16945): [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]The cursor was not declared.
