What's the process to get older install media 8.53

How do I get older install media?  I need to create a system with the following versions of software:

PeopleTools Version    8.53.28 (base plus patch)

WebLogic Version    10.3.6.0 Patch 1441050 (base plus patch)

Tuxedo Version            11.1.1.3.0 RP 036 (base plus patch)

I know I have to do something special, but it's been years and I can't remember the process.
