Prompting for re-authentication in SP initiated SSO flow after having a active session

Hello Experts,

We have recently created a service provider partner where the requirement is to have a SP initiated SSO flow.

After login to IDP portal and accessing the SP partner provided URL, getting challenged with OAM default login page for re-authentication where there is already an active session present for the user.

The AuthNrequest conatins destination url : https://identityprovider/oamfed/idp/samlv20

After re-authenticating we are able to access partner site which is not the expected behavior.

Any leads would be helpful.
