Elastic Search Global Facet Search Field Display

Hi.

I'm on Tools 8.56.09 and I have questions about the Global Elastic Search Facet items.

I have set up Setup my Search Definition and Search Category so that searches should index specific fields, apply specific facets and order them specifically but when I search Globally sometimes I see a small subset of facet items (not search results) and other times I see more facets.

Why does Global Search occasionally show smaller subsets of the defined facets?

Here is an example within the Search Category which is dependent upon the Search Definition.

Search Facets

Display Fields (I don't even know what this does as updates to it do not seem to impact anything)
