Profile Manager prompts issue

Has anyone had an issue in Profile Manager whereby a new compentency was added using custom prompts and list items for the prompt values ?  We have recently added a "Strengths" competency with 30+ prompt values; When the employee looks at their profile via Employee Self-Service, the 1st 7 prompts show the list value as expected, but prompts #8 & greater show the description instead of the list value; See attachment for visuals.
