GST for Custom Interface

Dear Experts,

Can we use standard GST for custom interface

Background: We have  a custom page where the user will enter all the required fields along with GST amount and then run the interface which will create a Payable invoice.

Currently we have applied GST patch and we are using for the Procure to Pay invoice, is there any solution or can we use the standard GST tax categories for the Custom designed interface, so that the system should create a invoice along with GST line.
