Query Table COMMENTS_TBL

Hi Everyone,

At some point between image 17 and image 23, the COMMENTS_TBL is now restricted to only the users information by automatically appending the current operators ID as criteria when creating a query in the online PeopleSoft pages.

Is there a way around this? Some kind of security, role, etc. that can be provided to specific users without sending them to SQL developer or creating a custom table?

I am not as familiar with security options, any thoughts/help would be appreciated.
