Approach to Cash Management Implementation

Hello:

Our organization is considering implementing the Cash Management module.  We are curious to hear from other users regarding their experiences with implementing the Cash Management module -- were you able to do this in-house or go with a consulting agency?  What kind of strategy did you use for you implementation?  What were some of the major barriers and how you were able to overcome them?

We are on PS 9.2 / Image 26 and currently own the Cash Management module.
