LRT Fails, LRT Fails

Hi

My setup is - I have 3 Realms - service Provider, Call Manager, PBX Sites

I have my local policy set as this for the PBX Sites,

for some reason when a C_STORES site calls the C_CUCM - it does not take the LRT route but goes out via the default of the Service Provider - could there be a reason why it does not take the LRT option first?

Also when taking this route to the SP after about 30seconds the SBC sends a Bye to end the call, if i disable the policy-attribute of the C_CUCM it works fine.(also note then the user receives the call she gets a double CLI display of the number calling her)
