Dashboards on Siebel homepage

Hello!

By reading different Siebel IP2017 reviews I found many screenshot-examples of dashboard views that are displayed when users are navigating inside the Siebel application. As an example, I can mention the "Customer 360 Dashboards" that could be found here: https://blogs.oracle.com/siebelcrm/openworld-2017-review

However, there is nothing that could give any insight on how such dashboard could be configured for a certain view, if any additional application (like BI) should be used for this purpose?

We are using Siebel 19.6, and we will be very appreciate for some example or step-by-step instruction.
